After your purchase, we’ll schedule a remote session at a convenient time. You’ll simply install a remote desktop tool (like AnyDesk, UltraViewer or TeamViewer), and we’ll take care of installing and configuring the software for you — quickly and hassle-free.
You’ll need a Windows laptop or PC with a stable internet connection and your diagnostic interface (after installation – e.g., ICOM, VAS5054A, or HEX-V2) ready. Make sure your system meets the minimum requirements and has at least 5 GB for VCDS, 450 GB for ista, etc. of free space.
Yes, of course! You can choose from ISTA+ (BMW), Xentry (Mercedes), or VCDS (VAG group). If you’re unsure which software suits your needs, we’ll be happy to advise you before installation.
We install full, fully functional versions with all necessary updates and patches. These versions allow complete diagnostics, service functions, and scanning features — depending on the capabilities of your vehicle and interface.
